Full Moon

An unframed original linoprint

I made this print after reading about gardening folklore. There's a lot of different superstitions and old tales about the best time to plant and harvest different crops - but Full Moon appealed to me the most!

I copy my original drawing onto lino, then carve out the image. I hand print with oil based ink onto a beautiful handmade paper. This paper has lots of different flecks and texture which adds to the character of the final image

Due to fully hand produced nature of my work each print will be slightly different, and therefore unique
