Squash and Courgettes - Green

An unframed original linoprint of Winter Squash and Courgettes 

I love the shape and texture of winter squash, and the markings on beautiful romanesco courgette. This large linoprint is based on a design drawn from the veg growing in my allotment. This would be a beautiful gift for any keen grower.

Size of paper approx - 38cm x 50cm

Size of printed area approx - 31cm x 42cm

I copy my original drawing onto lino, and carve out the image. I hand print with oil based ink onto high quality beautiful handmade paper. The paper has lots of flecks and texture, with a slightly translucent quality - this all adds to the character of the final image.
